Medium: Watercolour on a ‘not’ surface paper
Size: 12in x 15in (including mount supplied)
Inspiration: I had grown the sweet peas, which all seemed to be white, red or purple. I decided to photograph some of the white ones for painting, as I find it interesting to paint white objects. I chose to photograph them rather than painting from life because sweet peas don’t last very long and I could not paint them fast enough.
