Size: 12ins x 16ins including mount supplied.
Inspiration: I was looking to paint some scenes of Kirkcudbright from photos taken a number of years ago. There was a boat in the foreground of the photo, but after doing some sketches I decided to leave it out of the painting and maybe put it on another one sometime in the future. I was particularly drawn to the colours I could see in the windows of the cottage.
