Inspiration: This was painted from a couple of photos my parents took from the top of the lighthouse, which was accessible to the public as part of a “doors open” weekend a few years ago. (I tried and failed to get to the top!) I had always wanted to see if I could paint the view, and came up with this by taking reference from a couple of photos. It is probably not very exact, but I believe rocks change all the time.
