Medium: Oils on a deep-sided box canvas

Size 24cms x 30cms

Inspiration: This was inspired by a dodgy photo I took at Mabie Forest. I must have moved the camera as I pressed the button, but I thought it gave the image a ‘tapestry’ effect and the colours appealed to me, so I used it as the basis for this painting. Anyone who visited the exhibition in September 2009 may have seen me working on it.
